Information for our Patients at Highest Risk from Coronavirus

Letters have been sent out centrally from the NHS to our patients who have been identified as being in a group at highest risk from Coronavirus.  You may have already received this letter.

This letter lists the groups of patients with certain conditions who are at highest risk and gives important advice to keep you safe.  We will be in touch with you soon if you have been identified as being in one of these groups.
